As part of the operations team, you will own the execution of client operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help drive measurable results for the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and optimize multiple client outreach campaigns using SquadStack’s platform.
• Assist internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and support account managers in handling client needs.
• Track, evaluate, and improve key metrics (SLAs & KPIs) to ensure client satisfaction and efficiency.
• Analyze numbers, trends, and data to derive insights and recommend actions.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, account managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless running of campaigns with proactive problem identification and solution-building.
• Leverage your expertise in spreadsheets and SQL for reporting and analytics needs.

Key Technical Skills:
